What this service is
InfraTrack provides comparative screening analysis and decision support about energy and infrastructure systems, built on public data with published sources and a public methodology. Scores and analyses are analytical opinions with stated inputs, weights, and verification dates.
What it is not
- Not investment advice. Nothing on this site or in a brief is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset, or to enter any transaction.
- Not legal, engineering, or operational advice. InfraTrack is no substitute for site-specific studies, due-diligence engagements, or professional counsel.
- Not operational-security intelligence. Coverage is deliberately limited to aggregate, regional exposure built from public reporting. InfraTrack does not publish operational vulnerability detail about specific facilities and declines requests for it.
- Not real-time. Datasets carry vintages; curated events carry per-item verification dates; scores carry versions. Information may not reflect current conditions — the product shows you when each item was last verified precisely so you can judge that.
Accuracy and liability
Reasonable care is taken to verify curated content against sources, and client deliverables are re-verified in the week of issuance. Nevertheless, all content is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and decisions made on the basis of the site or its deliverables remain the responsibility of the decision-maker.
Data and attribution
Underlying datasets remain subject to their own licenses (documented per source on the methodology page). Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors; basemap by Protomaps. If you believe an attribution is missing or incorrect, please get in touch.
Commercial engagements
Paid briefs and monitoring engagements are governed by the written scope agreed per engagement. Pilot engagements start at €2,500. Contact: vassiliskons@gmail.com.
