Browsing the site and the map
No accounts exist and no advertising or cross-site trackers are used. The map application stores small preferences (such as your brief basket and panel layout) in your own browser's local storage — that data never leaves your device.
Analytics
The site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-respecting, open-source analytics service: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers. It counts page views and product-usage events (for example "sample brief downloaded") that contain no names, email addresses, organizations, or free-text content — nothing you type anywhere on this site is ever sent to analytics. See GoatCounter's privacy policy for what their service processes (an anonymized visit signal; IP addresses are not stored).
The request form
Details you submit through the "Request a corridor brief" form (name, work email, organization, role, and your description of the decision) are used solely to respond to your request and scope the engagement. They are not added to marketing lists, not sold or shared for marketing, and never included in analytics.
Form submissions are delivered to InfraTrack's request inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email processor, which handles the submission for the purpose of delivery only. If their service is unavailable, the form falls back to opening a pre-filled email in your own mail client instead.
Client information
Information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential, is not published to this site, and is not used in public demonstrations or sample material.
